A Great Way to Learn Power in the Classroom

Our Beginning

Since kicking off in 2011, Learning Power has reached over 650,000 students across the state of Georgia. Our 16 statewide Education Coordinators deliver hands-on, STEM-based energy and energy efficiency lessons at all grade levels, Pre-K through high school. These experiences align with the Georgia Standards of Excellence in science and math, and make parents, teachers, and students aware of STEM opportunities and career paths.

A Bright Generation

Learning Power program strives to contribute to student’s academic achievement, educate students on energy efficiency in school and at home, and build awareness around careers in the energy industry. This partnership with educators around the state delivers engaging personal connections with science and math. The programs, lesson plans, and activities are provided at no cost to teachers or schools.
